Surfing Fitness Home Workout

No waves. No gym. No excuse. As we’ve got a flat spell on our hands, I thought I’d make an easy to follow surfing home workout. It targets all the major muscles used in surfing, and should take between 10-30 mins depending on the sets performed. Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
