Board Thoughts

Hey GuysThought I’d share some of my thoughts on board technology with you:
To be honest, I prefer the TL2s, the board that I’m riding now, the Byrne HP tuflite did take a long while to adjust which can be dangerous as a surfer should never change his surfing for the board, however it soon paid off as when I got used to the board, it really did fly!
Generally I prefer the TL2’s cos they give a lot more flex, which makes holding a rail easy and TL2’s have the flex which just makes it spring off the flats straight to the lip, or where you want to go, almost instantly! Giving a major advantage over any other type of board technology.
However in small waves, I don’t think any board can match a Tuflite, which gave me a great advantage in the early rounds of the night surf competition.
Hope this helps with your next board decision,
Seb
