Hi Surftech
Just got back from a session on my new 6.4 Ultraflx Xanadu Gipos .
absolutely loved it, the speed and the tight turning circle of this board is amazing !
It really has put the fun back into my short boarding... and with me being 6.3 and 100 kilos it floats me and paddles into waves fine!
cheers

Hi Tim

The core of the Ultraflx boards is the fused call core, so no it will not take on water if you happen to ding your board, and you can carry on, finish your surf, then repair you board with an Epoxy repair kit when you get home.

Hope this helps, and let us know how you get on with the board!

Hi Surftech
I've just bought a Ultraflx Xanadu Gipos and wanted to know first hand what the deal is with this technology when it is dinged? Will the fused cell core take on water? Or can I finish my surf and dry it out and make my repair when I get home? Sounds great if I can! Any advice you could give me or post on your site wouldn't great.
