I live on Oahu and surf rockies and south shore tons and the SD-3 has never let me down if you where to choose between the 5'10" and the 6'0" id go for the 5'10" 100% its lighter faster and stronger and can handle any wave. hey i bought the 5’10″ SD-3 and im 135 lbs and 5’6″ it works great by far the best board i have ever surfed.
